The door to our room was stuck, making entry frustrating!!! A malfunctioning toilet and inconsistent bathroom lighting were also not ideal!!! Broken furniture and poor cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Come on, improve the basics!!!

Charming but needs improvements
The location was ideal for exploring Natchez's rich history. The staff was genuinely friendly, which made check-in a pleasant experience.
However, I faced issues with the cleanliness of the room, and there were no amenities, such as a functional ice machine or complimentary breakfast. The need for better upkeep is evident.

Clean blankets and comfortable bed made for a decent night's sleep. The outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat, especially after long days exploring Natchez. However, the bathroom left much to be desired. The toilet didn't function properly and I had to fix it myself. I also found a wet towel left on the floor, raising concerns about cleanliness. A thorough vacuum and attentive housekeeping seemed lacking. Overall, not the worst place, but they need to step up their cleaning game.

The first room had broken AC, a dirty carpet that hadn't seen a vacuum in ages, and virtually no towels available. Moving to another room didn't help much, as it featured a wet floor towel and a malfunctioning toilet we had to fix ourselves.

I stayed in a King Room, Smoking for 1 night. The comfort level was pretty low. The first room was super hot and musky, no clean towels, and the AC wasn’t even on. I was moved to another room, which was slightly better but still not great. There's a big need for more cleaning, and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in forever. Definitely not a place I'd rush back to!

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved watching cable programming and enjoyed exploring nearby attractions, especially the beautiful parks and historic sites. The hotel itself was comfortable and gave us a decent place to relax after our adventures.
The only downside was that the WiFi didn’t work well during our stay, which was frustrating at times.
